1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order up until 2:30 PM on the day of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, as it is in the possession of the courier. If postage has already been paid, it will not be refunded. You must then cover the cost of returning the cancelled order.
2. Return Policy
You may return unopened items within 7 days of receiving your order. The company will cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid label. The returned item must be received and inspected before a refund is issued. If the item does not meet our return criteria, a refund will not be provided.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed once returned items are deemed acceptable. Refunds are issued in full, excluding the original shipping cost if applicable. Refunds may take 3-5 working days to process.
4. Damaged or Defective Products

- The product must be in its original packaging, with all seals intact.

Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products (unless defective).
