Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer two delivery options through Royal Mail:

  1. Royal Mail Tracked 24

    • Cost: £3.49
    • Delivery Time: 1-2 working days

  2. Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm

    • Cost: £8.99
    • Delivery Time: Next working day, guaranteed by 1pm

Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping Option 1 (Royal Mail Tracked 24): Available on orders over £65.
  • Free Shipping Option 2 (Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm): Available on orders over £150.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days.
  • Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm: Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day.

Cut-Off Times:
Orders placed before 2:30 pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship within the UK.

Handling and Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within a few hours, provided they are placed before our 2:30 pm cut-off time. Please allow for additional processing time during peak periods.

Tracking and Notifications

Tracking information will be sent to you via email with your dispatch confirmation. You may also receive notifications via SMS if you provide a mobile number during checkout. This will allow you to track your order from the moment it leaves our facility until it arrives at your door.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at hello@getmello.co.uk or via WhatsApp at +44 7944 945813. We will investigate the issue and work with Royal Mail to resolve it. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement or a refund.

We do not have any specific shipping restrictions for our products. All products are eligible for shipment across the UK.
