Welcome to the getmello.co.uk experience. Please read the following payment conditions carefully to ensure smooth and timely processing of your order. By shopping with us you agree to these conditions.
🛍️ Store Hours
Our store operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM, excluding UK Bank Holidays. These are the hours in which we are available for communication via our emails. Any requests sent after these hours will be picked up the following working day.
🕐 Order & Payment Deadlines

Order Cut-Off Time: All orders must be placed by 11:00 AM Mon-Fri for same-day dispatch.

Payment Deadline: Orders must be paid for by 12:00 PM Mon-Fri to qualify for same-day dispatch.
- If payment is received after 12:00 PM, your order will be dispatched the next working day via your chosen delivery method. If your order is paid for after 12:00pm on a Friday, it will be dispatched the following Monday (working day, excluding bank holidays).
✉️ Payment Process
We use secure Pay by Bank links to collect payment. Here’s how it works:

Place your order on our website by 11:00 AM (working days).
- You will receive a secure payment link via email shortly after. This will come from our proton email and will contain your order number. Open the link to see your name, order number and the amount due.
- Pay by 12 PM using the link provided to ensure same-day dispatch.
Note: We require your email address at checkout to send your payment link and dispatch notifications. Service can only be provided when an email address is given at checkout.

Note: NO RUSH orders can be dispatched up to 2 working days after the order is placed, and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
📬 Orders Placed After Hours
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM may not receive a payment link until the next working morning.
- Payment must still be made by 12:00 PM on the day the link is received for same-day dispatch.
🕓 Weekend Orders
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Friday will receive a payment link by 11:00 AM Monday.
- To qualify for same-day dispatch on Monday, payment must be made by 12:00 PM Monday.
