Shipping FAQs

1. What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options through Royal Mail:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Costs £3.49 and typically delivers within 1-2 working days.
  • Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm: Costs £8.99 and guarantees next working day delivery by 1pm.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping based on the order value:

  • Free Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping on orders over £65.
  • Free Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm on orders over £150.

3. What is the cut-off time for same-day dispatch?
Orders placed before 2:30 pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

4. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the UK.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also opt to receive updates via SMS if you provide your mobile number during checkout.

6. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
